Account takeover via predictable OAuth state values

Cross-site request forgery in OpenShift Console allows remote authenticated users to bind a third-party identity to a victim's account. The OAuth login flow issues a guessable state query value and accepts a callback bearing a predicted value, permitting a forged redirect. Exploitation requires completion of the attacker's OAuth flow and interaction by a logged-in victim; successful binding grants access to sensitive profile data and actions available through the victim account.
