Device crash via empty-string pointer underflow

Out-of-bounds read in Zephyr RTOS 3.6 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash devices via a crafted Bluetooth preset name. utf8_trunc subtracts one from an empty string's length, placing last_byte_p before the buffer and dereferencing it after utf8_lcpy accepts a null-leading name. Exploitation requires an unauthenticated attacker within Bluetooth range to send a nonzero-length Read Preset response whose name begins with a null byte.
