Device crash via unchecked ASCS response growth

Out-of-bounds write in Zephyr RTOS 3.6 and earlier allows physically proximate attackers to crash devices via Bluetooth LE Audio requests. ascs_cp_rsp_add appends three-byte ASE responses to the static rsp_buf without checking remaining tailroom as attacker-controlled num_ases drives repeated calls. Exposure requires the Bluetooth Audio Stream Control Service; overflowing the global buffer can destabilize or crash the device.
