Code execution via unrestricted XMLDecoder object construction

Deserialization in ORIPA 1.72 and earlier allows attackers to execute arbitrary code through a crafted OPX file. LoaderXML passes the selected file stream directly to java.beans.XMLDecoder, allowing an XML object graph to instantiate classes and invoke methods such as ProcessBuilder.start. A user must open the crafted document, after which the payload runs with the privileges of the ORIPA process.
