Authenticated arbitrary file upload via unchecked sendMail

Arbitrary file upload in Media.net Ads Manager 2.10.13 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to place files on WordPress servers. The sendMail function accepts attacker-controlled files without checking their type or requiring an appropriate WordPress capability. Subscriber-level access is sufficient after any user has logged in through the API, and uploaded executable content can lead to server-side code execution.
