Unauthenticated internal resource access via proxy endpoints

Server-side request forgery in MESbook 20221021.03 allows remote attackers to read internal files and access network resources. The /api/Proxy/Post and /api/Proxy/Get endpoints make server-side requests to attacker-supplied uri values, including file and internal URLs. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the disclosed consequence is limited to file disclosure and access to internal network resources.
