Authenticated hot-backup disclosure via insufficient download authorization

Improper authorization in MongoDB Enterprise Server allows remote authenticated users to download hot-backup files using a known identifier. The hot-backup download path accepts the unique backup identifier and returns the backup without enforcing sufficient authorization for the requesting account. Affected releases are 6.0.0 through 6.0.15, 7.0.0 through 7.0.10, and 7.3.0 through 7.3.2; an underprivileged account and the identifier are required.
