Shard-boundary disclosure via unchecked refinement command

Improper authorization in affected MongoDB Server releases allows remote authenticated users to expose shard boundaries or degrade queries. The shard-key refinement command omits its authorization check, so a request sent directly to a shard executes refinement rather than being rejected. A low-privileged account with network access can trigger query-performance degradation or infer chunk boundaries through response timing.
