Device crash via malformed APS packet

Buffer overflow in Ember ZNet's APS layer in Silicon Labs Simplicity SDK 2024.6.2 and earlier allows physically proximate attackers to crash devices. APS packet handling copies malformed packet data without adequately checking its size against the destination buffer, causing an overflow that reaches an assertion. Reachability requires radio proximity to an affected Zigbee device, and the documented consequence is an assertion-triggered service interruption.
