Cross-site request forgery in dwieeb ScrollTo Bottom 1.1.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to upload arbitrary files via a forged request. The options_page function accepts an upload without validating a request nonce or restricting the uploaded file type. Exploitation requires an administrator to perform an attacker-induced action; an uploaded server-executable file enables arbitrary code execution.
