Arbitrary file upload via unchecked options_page requests

Arbitrary file upload in dwieeb ScrollTo Top 1.2.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to write server files via forged requests. The options_page function neither validates a request nonce nor restricts uploaded file types before accepting administrator-submitted input. Exploitation requires an authenticated site administrator to trigger the forged request; code execution depends on the server executing the uploaded file.
