Remote server impersonation via expired signing keys

Cryptographic key validation in Conduit before 0.8.0 allows remote attackers to impersonate a remote server using an expired signing key. The federation signature validator accepts signatures from expired server keys and PDUs timestamped after the key's expiry date. Exploitation requires possession of a compromised expired key and permits forged federation requests and events with bounded confidentiality and integrity effects.
