Authenticated SQL injection via loadDictItem requests
Published Jun 23, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024
SQL injection in Pear Admin Boot 2.0.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to alter database queries via loadDictItem requests. Public references identify the loadDictItem route but do not disclose the injectable parameter or query-building operation that mishandles it. Low-privilege application access is required, and injected SQL is limited to the database permissions held by the service account.
