Authenticated database manipulation via getDictItems SQL injection

SQL injection in Pear Admin Boot 2.0.0 through 2.0.2 allows remote authenticated users to read or alter database data via getDictItems. The getDictItems function uses attacker-controlled input in an SQL command without neutralizing syntax, allowing the payload ,user(),1,1 to alter the query. Low-privilege authentication and network reachability are required, and successful requests expose or modify data available to the application's database account.
