Unauthenticated server hang via self-referential repository

Denial of service in Aim 3.19.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to hang the tracking server through a self-referential repository URL. Repo initialization accepts an aim:// remote path that resolves to the same tracking server and constructs a Client without rejecting the self-reference. The unauthenticated request makes the server repeatedly connect back to itself until it stops servicing other connections; no data disclosure or modification is reported.
