Database access via unsanitized contact parameter
Published Jun 21, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024
SQL injection in SourceCodester Food Ordering Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify database data. The add-users.php handler places the POST contact value directly into a plain SQL query without validation, sanitization, or a prepared statement. Access to the user-management request requires an authenticated session; time-based payloads execute database functions and enumerate databases.
