Authenticated database manipulation via unsanitized price parameter
Published Jun 21, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024
SQL injection in SourceCodester Food Ordering Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to access and manipulate its database. The /router/add-item.php handler uses the POST price and name fields directly in an SQL query without input validation or sanitization. Access to the administrative Add Item workflow is required; the published price payload demonstrates time-based database inference and query manipulation.
