Account takeover via poisoned password-reset links

Password reset poisoning in Halo Service Solutions HaloITSM before 2.146.1 allows remote attackers to take over accounts via crafted reset links. The recovery flow places a secret reset token in a poisoned link that sends the token to attackers when the recipient or an email client accesses it; public sources do not identify the request field or link-construction locus. Exploitation requires a known user email address and link access, after which remote attackers set a replacement password and control the affected account.
