Unauthenticated code execution via unsafe URI parsing

A stack buffer overflow in affected Viasat modems allows remote attackers on the LAN to execute arbitrary code via a crafted HTTP request. The /usr/local/SNORE/index.cgi CGI reads REQUEST_URI and uses sscanf without a length bound to copy two URI fields into fixed stack buffers. No authentication or user interaction is required, but the attacker must reach the modem's LAN or over-the-air interface.
