Service interruption via shared AJP decode buffer

Improper concurrent path decoding in Red Hat Undertow allows remote attackers to interrupt service through its AJP listener. AjpRequestParser reuses one mutable decodeBuffer StringBuilder across requests, so concurrent URL decoding can substitute one request's path into another. The unauthenticated attack requires concurrent requests with URL-encoded paths on an AJP listener configured to decode URLs; affected requests can receive 404 responses or other application failures.
