API authentication bypass via trusted non-CA certificate

Authentication bypass in Canonical LXD allows local users to access affected PKI-mode servers with a trusted client certificate. The TLS listener leaves tls.Config ClientAuth at RequestClientCert, and authentication accepts a trust-store certificate without enforcing the configured CA chain. Exploitation requires PKI mode, a certificate already in the trust store, and a client that sends it despite the server's advertised CA list.
