Adjacent-network code execution via Cookie format string

Format-string injection in Actiontec WCB6200Q 1.2L.03.5 allows remote attackers on an adjacent network to execute arbitrary code. The HTTP server interprets format specifiers supplied in a crafted Cookie header instead of treating the header value only as data. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation runs code in the HTTP server's context.
