Database manipulation via unvalidated measurement ID
Published Jun 18, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024
SQL injection in Tailoring Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read and alter database data through the id parameter. The addmeasurement.php endpoint places the id query parameter directly into an SQL query without validation or neutralization, allowing a UNION payload to change the statement. A valid PHP session and access to the measurement form are required; successful exploitation can read, modify, or delete application database records.
