Local privilege escalation via unquoted service path

Unquoted service path in Intelbras InControl Web 2.21.56 allows local users to execute code with elevated privileges. The incontrolWebcam Windows service runs automatically as LocalSystem while its executable path under C:\Program Files (x86) is stored without quotation marks. A low-privileged local user who can place a malicious executable in a searched parent path can have it launched when the service starts.
