Account takeover via unauthenticated cookie generation

Improper authentication in FactoryTalk DataMosaix 7.07 allows remote attackers to take over accounts by generating cookies for any user ID. Rockwell Automation has not disclosed the cookie-generation locus or why it accepts an arbitrary user ID without credentials. A remote attacker needs only a target user ID to impersonate that user and read or modify data stored in the cloud.
