Vault password bypass via offline mode

Improper authentication in Devolutions Remote Desktop Manager 2024.1.31.0 and earlier allows local users to bypass a vault master password. Offline mode fails to enforce the vault master password before permitting access to the cached vault. Exploitation requires existing access to an RDM instance and an offline-enabled vault, exposing credentials and other protected vault data.
