LAN-side arbitrary file reading via path traversal
Published Jun 17, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024
Path traversal in D-Link EAGLE PRO AI and AQUILA PRO AI firmware allows remote attackers on the same LAN to read arbitrary system files. D-Link has not disclosed the affected URL handler or the exact operation that fails to reject or normalize traversal sequences before filesystem access. No authentication or user interaction is required, but the attacker must share the device's local network; the reported consequence is file disclosure only.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
