Stored XSS via unescaped Slide options
Published Jul 11, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024
Stored XSS in 10Web Slider by 10Web before 1.2.56 allows remote authenticated users to execute script through crafted Slide options. The slide-editing path stores selected option values without sanitizing them and later renders them without output escaping. Exploitation requires access to Sliders plus image-upload permission, normally Editor or higher, and executes code when another user views the saved slide.
