Group and email deletion via nonce-free requests

Cross-site request forgery in ContentLock 1.0.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to delete stored groups and email addresses. The ContentLock administration route processes action=delete_row and attacker-supplied row identifiers without verifying a request nonce. An administrator must be logged in and induced to open a forged link, after which the request removes the selected access group or email entry.
