Forced email addition via nonce-free admin request

Cross-site request forgery in ContentLock 1.0.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to add email addresses through an administrator's browser. The email-adding handler accepts a POST to the ContentLock administration page and updates a group without verifying an anti-CSRF nonce. Exploitation requires a logged-in administrator to open attacker-controlled HTML, and the bounded consequence is unauthorized email-list modification.
