Administrator-session script execution via unescaped requests

Stored XSS in Music Request Manager 1.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute scripts when administrators view submitted requests. Incoming request fields are stored without sanitization and rendered without output escaping when an administrator views the page. The attack requires access to a page containing the music-request shortcode, and the resulting script runs in the administrator's browser context.
