Database access via unsanitized edit identifier
Published Jun 15, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024
SQL injection in edithis.php in itsourcecode.com Document Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to access the database. The handler places the POST id parameter directly into an SQL query without validation or parameter binding, enabling injected SQL to alter the query. A valid administrative session is required to reach the edit request; successful exploitation permits database reads, writes, or deletion within the application's database privileges.
