Published Jun 14, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024
SQL injection in itsourcecode Online Bookstore 1.0 allows remote attackers to read or alter database data through the pubid parameter. bookPerPub.php inserts the pubid query parameter directly into a SQL statement without sanitization, validation, or parameter binding. No authentication is required; crafted values can expose, modify, or delete database records, while further impact depends on the database account's privileges.
