Service interruption via unterminated chunked responses

Denial of service in Red Hat Undertow allows remote attackers to exhaust server resources through unterminated chunked responses. After a response body is flushed, the chunked-response path fails to send the required zero-length terminating chunk, so clients wait while server resources remain occupied. The issue is reachable without authentication only when Undertow runs with Java 17 and TLS 1.3, and sustained requests can degrade or interrupt the service.
