Authenticated attachment disclosure and deletion via unchecked request

Missing authorization in StellarWP GiveWP 3.14.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read paths and delete attachment files. AvatarRoute::handle_request processes donor-dashboard avatar requests without checking the caller's WordPress capability before reading the attachment path and deleting the file. Subscriber-level access is sufficient, and exploitation exposes stored attachment paths and removes the referenced attachments from the site.
