Uploaded-file deletion via unprotected UI callback

Cross-site request forgery in Zylon PrivateGPT 0.5.0 allows remote attackers to delete every uploaded file through the web UI. The _delete_all_files callback enumerates every ingested document and passes each document ID to IngestService.delete without validating request origin. A user must visit attacker-controlled content while the PrivateGPT web UI is browser-reachable; exploitation removes stored document data and interrupts document-backed use.
