SYSTEM code execution via unsecured file loading

Uncontrolled search path in VIPRE Advanced Security 12.0.1.214 allows local users to execute arbitrary code as SYSTEM. The Patch Management Agent loads a file from an unsecured location, allowing attacker-controlled code to run with the agent's privileges. Exploitation requires the ability to execute low-privileged code on the Windows host, after which the attacker gains SYSTEM-level control.
