Administrator secret disclosure via cleartext config logs

Cleartext storage in Palo Alto Networks PAN-OS 10.2 and 11.0 allows remote authenticated users to read external-system secrets from the config log. The config log records secrets, passwords, and tokens configured for external server profiles in cleartext instead of protecting them from lower-privileged administrators. A read-only administrator with config-log access can recover those credentials, exposing connected external systems without altering the firewall.
