Database disclosure via unparameterized client deletion query
Published Jun 12, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024
SQL injection in SourceCodester Cab Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read database data via a crafted client ID. The delete_client handler in /cms/classes/Users.php inserts the POST id parameter directly into an SQL statement without validation or parameterization. A valid management session is required, and the published proof of concept demonstrates database disclosure rather than unauthenticated compromise.
