HTML injection in the ServiceNow Now Platform Assessment plugin allows remote attackers to modify pages or redirect users. ServiceNow identifies the affected locus as the Assessment plugin but has not disclosed which input reaches generated HTML or how output encoding fails. No authentication is required, but a separate user must interact with the injected content; reported impact is limited to page modification or redirection.
