Subscriber-level attachment deletion via unchecked AJAX actions

Missing authorization in Media Hygiene 3.0.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to delete arbitrary WordPress attachments. The bulk_action_delete and delete_single_image_call AJAX handlers perform deletion without checking the caller's capability. Subscriber-level access is sufficient, and deletion removes media-library files in their entirety without a built-in recovery path.
