Arbitrary code execution via untrusted error format string

Format string injection in SurrealDB before 1.1.1 allows remote authenticated users to read process memory or execute code. rquickjs Exception::throw_type passes an attacker-controlled error string directly to printf as the format string without supplying matching arguments. Exploitation requires scripting privileges and a server started with --allow-scripting, --allow-all, or an equivalent environment setting; error text is capped at 256 bytes.
