Authenticated server crash via timestamp conversion panic

Uncaught exception in SurrealDB before 2.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to crash the database server via rand::time() queries. The function unwraps a None result from chrono's timestamp_opt while converting a generated timestamp into a SurrealQL datetime, causing a panic. Query authorization is required, and reliable exploitation requires millions of repeated calls; the resulting panic terminates the server process.
