CVE-2024-58343Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Profile disclosure via mutable serialized user identifier

Published Apr 16, 2026 · Updated Apr 16, 2026

Authorization bypass in Vision Helpdesk Help Desk Software before 5.6.10 allows remote authenticated users to read other users' profiles. The vis_client_local cookie stores a Base64-encoded serialized object whose vis_client_id field is trusted after attackers alter it, binding the session to another user. A low-privilege session and no user interaction are sufficient to expose email addresses, first names, and last names without altering data.
