Live video disclosure via unauthenticated video.cgi
Published Dec 30, 2025 · Updated Dec 30, 2025
Missing authentication in the video interface of Akuvox Smart Doorphone and Smart Intercom allows remote attackers to read live camera streams. The video.cgi handler on port 8080 serves camera data without validating a session or credentials when it receives a direct request. Network access to port 8080 is sufficient, and exploitation exposes live video without reported configuration changes or service interruption.
