Authenticated command execution via unsanitized ping parameter

Command injection in ATCOM 100M IP Phones firmware 2.7.x.x allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary system commands. The web_cgi_main.cgi ping handler passes the cmd parameter to a shell without neutralizing command substitution and returns encoded command output. Administrative web credentials are required, and successful exploitation executes commands on the phone with the CGI process's privileges.
