Authenticated command execution via unvalidated nmap_cmd configuration

Command injection in reNgine 2.2.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary OS commands through scan engine configuration. The scan engine accepts an attacker-controlled nmap_cmd value and interprets embedded shell operators when the configured engine runs, allowing a decoded payload to be piped to /bin/sh. A valid account and permission to edit a non-OSINT scan engine are required; starting a scan with that engine executes the payload on the application host.
