Secret disclosure via compiler-introduced scalar branches

Timing side channel in curve25519-dalek before 4.1.3 allows local users to infer secret scalar values through execution-time differences. Scalar29::sub and Scalar52::sub reuse a mask inside loops, enabling LLVM to insert conditional branches that skip work when the mask is zero. Exploitation requires local measurement access and workloads processing secret scalars, exposing private keys or other secrets without altering data.
