Duplicate gift-card redemption via concurrent checkout requests

Race condition in order placement in Nop Solutions nopCommerce before 4.80.0 allows remote authenticated users to reuse gift-card value. The checkout confirmation path processes parallel order-placement requests against the same gift card without a per-card lock, so both transactions consume the same balance. Two authenticated customer sessions and synchronized POST requests to /checkout/OpcConfirmOrder/ are required, enabling multiple purchases for a single redemption.
