Remote memory corruption via shared kTLS wait state

Use-after-free in Linux kTLS and Siemens SIMATIC CN 4100 before V5.0 allows remote attackers to corrupt memory via TLS traffic. In tls_do_decryption, synchronous requests reused ctx->async_wait and shared asynchronous completion bookkeeping instead of a request-local crypto_wait. The condition remains reproducible on non-AVX systems using cryptd when the earlier socket-close race fix is absent; otherwise, the change is not independently user-triggerable.
